With each learning module, we embed pre and post assessments to enable the tracking of baseline knowledge and then knowledge transfer from the sessions. Both the online and offline front end entered through VR headset, connects with an intuitive backend dashboard where clients can access the data from the trainees’ sessions and pull reports for quality assurance. We track time of sessions, age, gender and other metrics.
XRG provides all hardware for the training. It then stays off the client's balance sheet and is maintained by us. They also would then have XRG support not only for the software but the hardware 24/7 taking the burden off them. Our platform is on the headsets, we can then push out content (updates and further content) remotely and fully support it. This also prevents any issues with content that does not work for desired devices. For sustainability purposes, after a 24 month lease, we transfer ownership of the VR headsets to the client.
